Who's a fit?
Shopify brands doing at least $1M a year, driving 50K+ monthly US visitors to their site, with email flows already set up - cart abandonment, browse abandonment, welcome series. If that's you, there's a very good chance we can help. If you're under 50K monthly visitors, your email flows are generating less than $30K a month, or you're not yet at 7 figures - this isn't the right fit yet.
Is this legal?
Yes - for US traffic. We're fully compliant with CAN-SPAM and CCPA. There's one thing you need to do: add one paragraph to your privacy policy. We give you the exact text, it takes five minutes. You already have an unsubscribe option in your emails, which is the other requirement.
What results can I expect?
Most brands we work with see 20 to 50x ROI. Here's where that comes from. You're already paying $1 to $3 to get someone to your site. For 15 cents, you get the email of someone who was already close to buying - someone who hit checkout, added to cart, or spent real time on your product pages. How do you actually get the emails?
We work with a network of over 200,000 publishers - think New York Times, Rolling Stone, Quizlet. When someone signs up to read an article or access content on one of these sites, they're opting in to receive marketing from their partners too. That's where we come in. So when we match a visitor on your site to someone in our identity graph of 200 million US consumers, that email comes with full consent attached.
Will this hurt my email deliverability?
No - and here's why. We don't just hand you every email we find. Every visitor runs through our scoring algorithm first. Pages viewed, scroll depth, time on product pages, whether they checked your contact page or your reviews. Only the ones who score high enough get passed to you. We hold back everyone else, because sending to someone who bounced in 10 seconds just creates spam complaints. The filtering is what protects your deliverability - and it's what makes the ROI work.
Do you create new email flows or use mine?
Yours. We feed identified visitors into the highest intent flow they qualify for - checkout abandonment, cart abandonment, browse abandonment. We don't touch your flows or rebuild them. We just put more of the right people through what you've already built.
Do you integrate with my ESP?
Yes. Klaviyo, HubSpot, OmniSend, Braze, and most major ESPs. We handle everything as part of setup.
What's the match rate?
Raw match rate is 60 to 80% of your traffic. But we filter that down to around 10% of your total visitors - the ones who are actually most likely to buy. That filtering is the whole point. A smaller list of high-intent people will always outperform a large list of cold ones.
How long does the setup take?
A few days. If you're on Shopify, the pixel is live in a couple of clicks. We connect to your ESP and you're off to the races. Most brands start seeing new revenue come in the same day they go live - as long as there's traffic coming in.
Will you charge me for contacts already in my list?
No. We deduplicate against your existing list before billing. Every dollar you spend is on someone net new - someone you would have lost completely without us.
How much does it cost?
Plans range from $300 a month up to tens of thousands depending on your volume. You pay per identity we deliver - not per email sent, not a flat retainer regardless of results.
